Zion in top 12 percent of givers to "Lottie Moon Christmas Offering."

                We would like to thank the Lord and those who have contributed to the Lottie Moon Christmas offering for missions. Every Christmas Southern Baptist churches across the United States take up a special offering. All the money goes to many different needs that missionaries have in foreign countries, which bears the name of one well known missionary who devoted her life to serve in a foreign land. This year Zion was presented an award for being in the top 12 percent of givers for offerings taken up for the Lottie moon Christmas offering. We may never know the lives that were changed due to the efforts put forth in a little corner of southeast Tennessee, but God’s hand is able to take a little and produce much.
